The batch has to be a text file (*.txt) with each line formatted like following:
lineNumber longitude latitudeCoordinates X (longitude) and Y (latitude) must be in degrees in decadic form.
The result is text file which can be imported into table editor.
Region range: 16°50' to 22°40' - 47°42' to 49°42'
Squares are divided into sub-squares (A to D) which correspond to the grid of latitude and longitude of the size 10' × 6'
